The beginning...
I received a late diagnosis of ADHD-PI three years ago. Here's why you should subscribe to this newsletter.
Hey,
I’m BeatADHD - I’m a Software Engineer and I was diagnosed with ADHD-PI three years ago.
It’s a tough disorder to deal with. I spent the first few months of my diagnosis chanting “I don’t have ADHD” in the shower. I thought I’d tricked my brain into having it…
I wished I was just “lazy” like I’d been told my whole life.
After coming to terms with my diagnosis, I embraced the good things about ADHD and started fighting the bad things. I used my hyperfocus to try and conquer ADHD. I haven’t won just yet, but I’m winning the battle more times than I’m not.
I’ve studied through a bunch of psychiatry textbooks, online lectures, and medical journals. Now I’m sharing the tools that I use in this weekly newsletter ♥

HI It looks like you have stopped writing, but I am writing you because I am interviewing men with Inattentive ADHD. I have a goal of interviewing 25 before writing articles about what I learned. I have only 4 interviews to go. Please contact me if you are willing to be interviewed. Cynthia@InattentiveADHDCoalition.org www.iadhd.org
